I’ll play some songs from my new album, we’ll chat about growing up together and entering the spaces we’re in now as adults. Matthias will psychoanalyze me and I’ll embarrass him with old pictures from high school.

In the last couple of years, I felt a pull to create something more personal. I’ve spent the last decade in LA writing chart-topping, TikTok-viral, Billboard #1 hit songs, and as incredible and beautiful as those successes have been for me, I knew there was something deeper and more meaningful I could create. I have spent years grappling with compassion for myself, learning how to experience and process love and grief, and letting those feelings move through me deeply to find gratitude and healing. Now, I’m ready to share what this journey has been like for me through this album, Cathartic Fall. 

I couldn't think of a better person to share this with than one of my oldest and closest friends, Matthias. He's been there through the ups and downs and knows me better than just about anybody.
