For anyone who feels overstimulated and underconnected
A silent music gathering to slow down, listen, and feel
Feeling Overwhelmed by the Constant Noise and Distraction?
Every day, most of us move from building to building, glued to screens– phones, computers, endless notifications… rarely pausing to genuinely reconnect with ourselves or nature.
It’s no surprise that over 40 million Americans suffer from anxiety, often amplified by our fast-paced, disconnected lifestyles.
What if there was a simple, beautiful way to break that cycle this summer?
Join us at a Cathartic Fall in the Park gathering. You show up to a local park, grab a pair of wireless headphones, and find a spot under a tree. Then you just... listen.
Live atmospheric music played by the artist Cathartic Fall, imagine soft piano, textured layers, slow builds. All designed to make space for you to sit with your body, reset, and breathe.
If you’ve been feeling burnt out, anxious, or just stuck in the scroll-work-sleep cycle, this is a low-key way to come back to yourself for a little while.

Here’s How It Works:
Check In & Settle In: When you arrive, you’ll check in and get your pair of wireless headphones.
Optional Group Circle: Before we start the music, we’ll gather briefly. If you’d like, you can share one thing that’s been heavy on your heart, just a few words. No advice. Just space to be heard.
Create Your Comfort Zone: Find a spot under a tree, in a meadow, or walk around the park. Bring a blanket, cushion, or chair so you can get cozy. This is your time.
Let the Music Resonate: Let the music move through your body. Notice what it stirs, what it agitates, what it softens, what it opens.
Reflect However You Need: You can journal, lay back, cry, breathe, or just be still. No expectations.
Optional Closing Circle: After the music, you’re welcome to return to connect with the others, and share how you’re feeling. Or stay quiet and present. It’s all up to you.
You Deserve a Break from the Noise
If you've been feeling stuck in your head, burnt out, or overwhelmed by life’s pace, this is a moment to pause. To step away from your phone, your to-do list, your pressure to be okay.
Spots are limited so everyone can have space. Grab your headphones and choose a spot under the sky.

About Cathartic Fall
For years, I worked behind the scenes—writing and producing songs that hit the charts and racked up hundreds of millions of streams. It was the kind of success I thought I wanted. But along the way, I lost touch with the part of me that started making music in the first place.
Cathartic Fall began when I stopped chasing what was expected and started listening to what was actually happening inside me. The grief, surrender, the feelings of perfection and insufficiency. When I started to make room for those feelings, I found more room for joy, excitement, wonder, and curiosity.
Cathartic Fall in the Park is an extension of that. It’s not a performance in the traditional sense. There’s no stage, no spotlight. Just people gathering in nature, listening together on headphones, creating space to feel… whatever that means for each of us.
This is about making room for what we usually avoid. Music helps me do that. Maybe it helps you too.

-
Absolutely. This experience works whether you come solo or with someone you care about. Just know that everyone will have their own headphones, and it’s a personal journey—even if you’re sitting side by side. Dogs are welcome as long as they’re calm and leashed.
