Meet us in the park for live, improvised cinematic music, all experienced through silent disco headphones.
Feeling Overwhelmed by the Constant Noise and Distraction?
Every day, most of us move from building to building, glued to screens– phones, computers, endless notifications… rarely pausing to genuinely reconnect with ourselves or nature.
It’s no surprise that over 40 million Americans suffer from anxiety, often amplified by our fast-paced, disconnected lifestyles.
If you’ve been feeling burnt out, anxious, or just stuck in the scroll-work-sleep cycle, come to a Cathartic Fall in the Park gathering this Summer.
This is a moment to pause. To step away from your phone, your to-do list, and the pressure to be okay.
How it works
A note from Jeoff
For years I wrote and produced songs behind the scenes — charts, streams, the kind of success I thought I wanted. Somewhere in there I lost touch with why I started making music at all.
Cathartic Fall began when I stopped chasing what was expected and started listening to what was actually happening inside me. Making room for the hard feelings left more room for joy and wonder too.
This park series is an extension of that. No stage, no spotlight — just people gathering outside, listening together, making a little space to breathe. Maybe music and nature do that for you the way they do for me.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I bring? +
A blanket, mat, or chair to sit on, some water, and a journal if you like. Dress for the weather.
Do I need to bring my own headphones? +
Nope. We'll provide the wireless headphones. Just bring whatever you need to be comfortable sitting outside.
What if the weather's bad? +
We'll reschedule. If that happens, you'll get an email with the new date.
Is this religious or spiritual? +
Nope. It's open to everyone, with no agenda — just stillness, nature, music, and honest emotion.
Can I bring my dog or my kids? +
Calm, leashed dogs are welcome. Kids are welcome too, with your discretion. This is a slow-paced listening experience, so younger kids may not find it especially engaging unless they're comfortable hanging out quietly, listening like they might at a classical music concert, or playing nearby while you keep an eye on them.
