Listen to live, improvised ambient music through wireless headphones.
Cathartic Fall in the Park is a quiet outdoor listening experience.
You’ll check in, get a pair of wireless headphones, and find a place in the park that feels good to you — under a tree, on a blanket, near a friend, or on your own.
Then Jeoff Harris of Cathartic Fall will play live, improvised ambient music through the headphones.
You can sit, lie down, walk slowly, journal, close your eyes, or just take in the park around you. There’s no stage to face and no pressure to participate in any certain way.
It’s simply a morning outside with music, space, and room to settle in.
A loose rhythm — take it at your own pace.
It's not a performance. It's a space to feel.
For years I wrote and produced songs behind the scenes — charts, streams, the kind of success I thought I wanted. Somewhere in there I lost touch with why I started making music at all.
Cathartic Fall began when I stopped chasing what was expected and started listening to what was actually happening inside me. Making room for the hard feelings left more room for joy and wonder too.
In the Park is an extension of that. No stage, no spotlight — just people gathering outside, listening together, making a little space to breathe. Maybe music and nature do that for you the way they do for me.

Questions, answered
Does this cost money?+
Yes — it's a ticketed event. Tickets are available on Eventbrite, and spots are limited, so it's best to reserve in advance.
What if I don't feel like sharing in the circle?+
Totally fine. Sharing is always optional and the circle itself is optional. You can simply listen, or go straight to the music.
What should I bring?+
A blanket, mat, or chair to sit on, some water, and a journal if you like. Dress for being outside in the morning.
What if the weather's bad?+
We'll reschedule. If that happens, you'll get an email with the new date.
Is this religious or spiritual?+
Nope. It's open to everyone, with no agenda — just stillness, nature, music, and honest emotion.
Can I bring friends, a partner, or my dog?+
Absolutely. Everyone gets their own headphones, so it's personal even side by side. Calm, leashed dogs are welcome.
These mornings run on permits, gear, and a lot of care. If you'd like to help more of them happen, you can support Cathartic Fall — entirely optional, and separate from your ticket.
